The founder
With over 25 years of experience in strategic and technology consulting, he has led and supported organizations in France and internationally through periods of growth, transformation, and crisis.
Active in institutional work, he serves as Chief of Staff to Senator Vanina Paoli-Gagin and chairs the Foundation of the University of Technology of Troyes.
In 2025, he was appointed AI Ambassador as part of the national ‘Osez l’IA’ program.
He is also a France Num Activator, part of a national network of experts committed to supporting companies in their digital transformation.
Convinced that strategic power arises from the alliance of individual, collective, and artificial intelligence, he designed the Strategic Intent Matrix ®, an innovative framework to help leaders navigate an uncertain world.
